E Komo Mai!
Welcome!
Aloha, welcome to the West Kaua'i Heritage Center. We are a cultural museum and resource center. Our museum offers a quality collection of historic photographs, exhibits, and projects pertaining to the rich diversity and cultural heritage of West Kauaʻi. The content we feature not only cultivates dialogue pertaining to West Kauaʻi's history, but perpetuates cultural practices with residents and visitors alike.

Our resource center offers information on the history and diverse culture of Kauai, trail maps for Kokeʻe state park, and personalized information on what to do in Waimea. In addition to invaluable information, our resource center offers unique island-made gifts including Niʻihau Shell jewelry, rare photographs, and educational books. Whether you are kamaʻaina (native to the area) or malihini (visitor), we have something for everybody at the West Kauai Heritage Center.
